Us
In June of 2001, Urban Archives was created to provide home
owners with premium inventory and security
solutions. A detailed inventory is not only recommended by insurance companies
and agents, but is also required by insurance adjusters in the event that a claim is
filed.
We provide digital imaging, individual item descriptions, and a spreadsheet
for every room and item inventoried. Our services provide the
two major components that are required by an adjuster when a claim is filed
(picture & description). In
order to ensure that we are providing the best service, we interviewed contacts within the insurance and claims industry
(as well as estate-planners, attorneys, police, etc.). Our comprehensive service is ideal for most
residential and vacation homes.
We have
professional, screened and bonded specialists. Security is of high importance to us.
Customers will be able to identify Urban Archive Inventory Specialists before they enter the premise. Every specialist will wear a
company-issued shirt with our logo in the upper left corner; in addition,
each will have a photo identification badge issued by Urban Archives which
they will show prior to entering a premise.
We provide superior customer service, and strive to ensure
100% customer satisfaction. We commit to understand and serve our customers
needs. We are ethical and conduct our business with honesty and
integrity.

Testimonials:
"I've been a city firefighter for 12 years, and have seen many disasters in that time. One of the hardest situations to deal with is responding to a call where a family home is being destroyed by fire. After our work is complete, it is difficult seeing the anguish of homeowners who have lost everything - from priceless heirlooms to photographs. I can only imagine the work that is left over once we're gone. It never donned on me that there was a way to protect oneself during such a vulnerable time until I heard about Urban Archives. I've now used their inventory service to record all my household property and documents and I feel I'm much better prepared to deal with any such disaster should it strike my home."
